1.Stop washing your face at early morning

   Stop washing face! Sounds non sense for some people. But it is a fact that when you stop washing your face your skin starts to glow. Yes, we are born with many good bacterias from the very right womb of our mother, those bacterias treat our face naturally without any facials. 

2.Avoid uv rays

Always protect your skin from the direct sunlight. Cover your skin with full sleeves. Protect your eyes by wearing a sunglass.

3. Stop wearing sunscreen in indoor AC halls

The chemicals present in the sunscreen with penetrate deep into the layers of your skin while you are in AC halls. The reason is your skin pores gets string in the coldness which leads the chemical to be penetrated and make your skin darker.

4. Stop being idle for more than 30 minutes

Sitting idle for more than 30 minutes in a same place is not good for your health and for your skin too. It inactivates the blood flow throughout the body and leads the face to appear too dull.
